1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using any part of the 87JL platform—whether through the website, mobile browser, or any associated app—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Minors are strictly prohibited from using 87JL. If we discover that a player is under the legal age, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Rules & Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 87JL. Creating duplicate accounts, or assisting others in doing so, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances voided.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone—hindi ito palitan kung may mangyari.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 87JL are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ₱500,000 (higher limits may apply to verified VIP players)
• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 business hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

Before your first withdrawal, full identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This includes submitting a valid government ID and, if applicable, proof of your payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawals held until the process is finalized.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• Any bets placed during a confirmed technical failure will be voided and stakes returned.

In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violations, any remaining balance—including winnings—may be forfeited. 87JL will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation related to fraudulent activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support. Outstanding withdrawal requests will still be processed, subject to standard KYC requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 87JL's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

87JL is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from the use or inability to use the platform
